About Us

Prince Public School, Budh Vihar, is an integral co-educational independent school recognised by the Directorate of Education, Delhi, and affiliated to CBSE, offering education from Preschool to XII. It was founded on 5th January 1987 with the vision of “Learn for Life.” Budh Vihar, where the school stands tall today, was once devoid of effective schools with adequate infrastructure and good teachers.

Children of this area were deprived of systematic and structured education. It was then that Founder Principal Mrs Kamlesh Solanki and Founder Chairman Sh. Rajender Solanki foresaw an opportunity and aspired to establish a model school that would address the fundamental concerns faced by the community. The Best CBSE School in Delhi began as a humble attempt to fulfil the need for appropriate and quality education at a competitive cost for the children. The initial modest beginning with a minimal strength of 80 students witnessed many challenges and obstacles right from day one. However, the unwavering zeal and determination of the founders eventually transformed it into a sprawling institution accommodating more than 1,400 students today.

The school has been striving sincerely to address the modern-day concerns affecting the impressionable minds of students and the anxieties of parents regarding their wards. The journey continues today with the same enthusiasm and commitment to making the school a centre for generating excellence, inculcating humaneness, and promoting education beyond books—shaping boys and girls into well-rounded individuals.

At PPS, we have been striving to promote an exploratory approach to learning, in alignment with the 5 C’s—curiosity, competence, communication, compassion, and conviction—which help create an atmosphere of intuitive learning and enable children to tap into their innate abilities.
